EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

Our staff learns primarily through on-the-job training. We do provide some formal training to new staff, but we believe that learning is best done under the supervision of management staff while working on specific clients. We provide continuing education for all levels of staff to meet the requirements of the state boards of accountancy and the quality control program that we follow. We encourage staff to pursue their CPA credentials and have a reimbursement program in place to help defray the costs of the exam and study materials.

We reward quality work through a bonus plan, and we provide incentives for new business development.
